Antigen diagnostic raw materials
Most of our antigen raw materials are obtained from in vitro culture of mammalian cells, whose structure and activity are closer to natural antigens. The production of each antigen has gone through rigorous program design and strict performance evaluation to keep the stability and specificity of our products competitive among world-class raw material suppliers. Our antigen raw materials are mostly used in the development of calibrators, quality controls or as immunogens.
Antibody diagnostic raw materials
The conventional antibody production is prepared by mouse ascites, while our antibody is obtained by SingleB® and expressed in mammalian cells in vitro, without doping with mouse derived IgG itself, which improves the safety of in vitro diagnostic reagents. The antibody raw materials (including paired antibodies, capture antibodies, and detection antibodies) that we provide can be applied to platforms such as immunofluorescence, colloidal gold, and chemiluminescence, and have shown good performance in the evaluation of linearity, specificity, sensitivity, and stability.
